What I do

I work with nonprofits, small businesses, and growing teams that have more operational complexity than their current systems can handle. I’m a builder, not a slide-deck consultant — I’ll architect the system and help implement it.
AI workflow automation
The right automation doesn’t just save time — it removes entire categories of error and delay. I build using n8n (self-hosted), Make, and native platform tools.
Recent work includes:
- Multi-step email triage and routing systems
- Program intake automation for a regional nonprofit — replacing manual data entry with direct-to-Salesforce routing via FormAssembly
- AI-assisted client intake workflows for wellness professionals
- Insurance agency workflow automation bundles: lead intake, renewal reminders, document collection
AI strategy & tool adoption
Most organizations don’t need a chief AI officer — they need someone who understands their operations, knows what’s technically possible, and can translate between the two.
I help teams:
- Identify their highest-leverage AI opportunities without the hype
- Evaluate tools honestly against their actual workflows
- Build adoption plans that don’t fall apart in month two
- Train staff to use AI tools effectively — not just in theory
How I work

I take a small number of consulting engagements at a time. I prefer projects where I can go deep rather than wide. If you’re looking for a vendor relationship with an SLA and a ticket queue, I’m probably not your person. If you want someone who thinks like an owner and builds like a developer, let’s talk.
Typical engagements are 4–12 weeks, project-based. I’m also available for shorter diagnostic engagements (1–2 weeks) if you need help identifying where to start.
